New vibrating motors series enlarge product range

Due to increasing number of enquiries about compact 4-pole vibrating motors in the application range up to 10kN eviro developed their new A31 series. Eviro is closing a gap in its former product range with these vibrators.

 

The A31 vibrators are intended to be used in

• vibrating tables,


• screening plants,


• oscillating conveyors,


• vibratory chutes and more.

But they also can be used in vibration equipment of other industrial fields. A31 series vibrating motors are characterized by compact structural shape and high reliability. Available are 50 Hz- as well as 60 Hz mains freqency types. The vibrators are suitable to be operated at frequency converters. So the vibrators peak 1500 rpm (1800 rpm at 60 Hz), centrifugal forces up to 10 kN and working torques up to 80 kgcm. Centrifugal forces can be fitted to the vibrators special requirements by continious adjustment of centrifugal disks. Construction of the robust aluminium motor housings provides two different drilling pattern for mounting. The vibrating motors can be delivered with mounted power cables, too.
