External vibrators in aluminium cast housing
The use of external vibrators in aluminium cast housing at A-series reduces their dead weight. This results in increased efficiency because less mass has to be set in vibration to achieve the same amount of power. Additional optimal thermal dissipation is also attained in using aluminium. In order to withstand high loads, as is found in practical circumstances, solid gray cast iron bearing end shields come into use.
Eviro vibration motors distinguish themselves through an especially large starting torque but at the same time using low starting current.
Eviro vibration motors are also designed for continual load at unbalanced alignments of 100% at rated current operation. (duty cycle=100%) Discrete adjustment of centrifugal force by shifting disks or adjustment of centrifugal force by fully adjustable centrifugal weights is depending on type of vibration motor.
The motors are designed for variable frequency drive.
All vibration motors comply with protection class IP65 against contact, dust and water splashes.
Eviro vibration motors are available for all common voltages as well as for special voltages on request.
